How can I make a Travel Insurance claim?

Make your claim online

If you’d like to make a claim against your Travel Insurance policy under any section other than Gadget Cover (see our Gadget claims FAQ), please visit the AXA claims portal.

You will need to create an AXA account or log in to your existing account if you’re already an AXA account holder.

By registering your claim online, you can:

  • avoid long wait times when the claims phone lines are busy
  • receive notifications whenever the status of your claim changes
  • easily provide any evidence or documentation that may be required to support your claim

If you encounter issues when using the AXA claims portal or would prefer to make your claim by phone, please call the AXA Travel Insurance Claims team on 0330 024 8315 during their normal office opening hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday.
