I am awaiting a medical diagnosis/test results can I buy a policy from Coverwise?


We are unable to offer a travel insurance policy if you or anyone you wish to insure is awaiting a diagnosis, surgery, treatment, tests or investigations (or their results) for any medical condition, or suffering symptoms that have not yet been discussed with a doctor.


Please contact us once you have received your treatment, surgery, test results or diagnosis of symptoms. Our customer service team are available on 01903 255 650 during office hours which are 9am to 6pm Monday – Friday and 9am to 2pm on a Saturday.
