Coverwise policies can provide cover for trips within the UK. If you select an annual multi trip policy and intend to travel solely within your home area, you must have pre-booked accommodation for a minimum of 1 night. To provide cover for the trip, accommodation must be rented for a fee in a hotel, motel, holiday camp, bed and breakfast, holiday cottage or similar accommodation.

Our travel insurance policies provide cover for trips that are scheduled to begin on your departure date and end on your return date to, within and/or from a location:
- at least 70 miles away from your permanent home address (primary residence); or
- abroad; and
- outside your city/town of residence, provided that your travel includes an overnight stay.
It cannot include travel with the intent to receive health care or medical treatment of any kind or moving or commuting to and from work.
