Will our policy provide cover for us to purchase essential items of clothing if our baggage is delayed on our return journey?


Cover is provided for baggage delay on the outward journey on Silver Plus, Gold and Platinum policies, which allows you to purchase emergency replacement clothing, medication and toiletries if yours are temporarily lost in transit and not returned to you within 12 hours. This cover would not apply on the return journey as it would generally be accepted that alternative clothing, toiletries and medication would be available at home.
