All the policy benefits are per person insured other than the legal expenses section of cover which will pay legal costs of up to the maximum benefit for ‘Legal Expenses’ shown in the ‘Cover summary’ for you (but not more than twice this amount in total for all people insured under this policy) for each event giving rise to a claim.
Please note that where excesses are applicable to the selected policy they apply per incident claimed for, per section claimed under and per insured person.
