An insured event has occurred and I need to cancel my trip, what should I do?


If an insured event occurs and you need to cancel your trip, you must cancel your trip immediately to keep the cancellation costs as low as possible. The later you cancel the higher the cancellation charges are likely to be. Any additional charges imposed by the Tour Operators or service providers due to a delay in notification would not form part of your reimbursement under the policy.
