How do I request a refund of my premium?


If your cover no longer meets your needs, you can cancel your policy and receive a full refund as long as:


  • you contact us within 14 days of receiving your policy documents
  • you have not travelled
  • you have not made and do not intend to make a claim against your policy
  • no incident likely to give rise to a claim against your policy has occurred
