How do I request a refund of my premium?


Please examine the policy and Policy Schedule and contact us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your documents if they do not meet your requirements. You are able to cancel the policy and receive a full refund as long as you have not travelled, no claim has been made or is intended to be made, and no incident likely to give rise to a claim has occurred.

To cancel your policy and request a refund you must write to us at Coverwise Sales and Service, 4th Floor, Southfield House, Liverpool Gardens, Worthing, BN11 1RY or e-mail us at confirming your request. You are not required to tell us why you have chosen to cancel your cover, but it would be helpful for us to understand why the policy no longer meets your needs.
