Please examine the policy wording and Policy Schedule and contact us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your documents if they do not meet your requirements. You are able to cancel the policy and receive a full refund as long as you have not travelled, no claim has been made or is intended to be made, and no incident likely to give rise to a claim has occurred.
You may also cancel the policy at any time however, if you cancel the policy after the first 14 days of receipt of the documents, no premium refund will be given.
To cancel your policy you must write to us at Coverwise Sales and Service 77-79 High Street Steyning West Sussex BN44 3RE or at firstname.lastname@example.org confirming your request. You are not required to tell us why you have chosen to cancel your policy, but it would be helpful for us to understand why the policy no longer meets your needs.
