The following FAQ provides information about travel insurance policies underwritten by AWP P&C S.A., which is part of the Allianz Group. If your policy wording and IPID confirm that AWP P&C S.A. is your insurer, this FAQ information is relevant to your policy.
If you saved a Coverwise travel insurance quote, we’ll have sent you an email containing a Quote Number and a link to retrieve and resume your quote online.
If your quote included medical conditions for any traveller, you will need to call our Sales and Service team on 01903 255 650 and provide your Quote Number to retrieve your quote. Our normal office opening hours are 9am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturday.
Please note that saved quotes are valid for 15 days, after which they expire and can no longer be purchased.
