To benefit from the service, you can download the free Doctor Please! app before you depart on your next trip from either the Apple Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. You can then use your access code to log in to the app and book a video or phone consultation if the need arises.
We’ll also provide the phone number of the AXA Assistance team, who you can contact and use your access code to request a call back from a registered doctor, who will be in touch as soon as they’re available.
