How can I make a claim on my policy?


If you'd like to make a claim against your travel insurance policy, please fill in and submit an AXA Travel Insurance claims notification online.


When AXA have received your details, the claims team will register your claim and be in touch with you throughout the process.


Please be aware that, due to unprecedented contact volumes received as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, AXA have temporarily suspended their claims notification phone lines.


This is to allow them to provide the emergency assistance required by many customers who are still abroad, and we apologise in advance for any delay experienced throughout your claims process.


Existing claims


If you've submitted a claim and you're waiting for an update, please be assured that the AXA Travel Insurance claims team are doing everything they can to progress your claim in a timely manner.
