How can I make a claim on my policy?


If you'd like to make a claim against your travel insurance policy under any section other than Gadget cover (see Gadget claims section below), please visit the AXA claims portal.


You will need to create an AXA account or log in to your existing account if you're already an AXA account holder.


Alternatively, you can contact the AXA Travel Insurance Claims team by phone on 0330 024 8315 during their normal office opening hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday.


When AXA have registered and reviewed the details of your claim, they will be in touch with you throughout the process.


Gadget claims


If you opted to include Gadget cover when your policy was purchased, the ‘Gadget cover’ section of your policy wording document will include details of your gadget claims handler and their contact information.


If your policy wording indicates that Davies Group is your claims handler, please fill in and submit a Davies Group claims notification online.


If your policy wording indicates that AXA is your claims handler, please visit the AXA claims portal. You will need to create an AXA account or log in to your existing account if you're already an AXA account holder.

When your claims handler has received your details, they will register your claim and be in touch with you throughout the process.


Existing AXA claims


If you've registered your claim with AXA and you're waiting for an update, please be assured that the claims teams are doing everything they can to progress your claim in a timely manner.


You can check the status of your claim via the AXA claims portal, and AXA will contact you whenever the status of your claim changes.
