We are pleased to confirm that the underwriter has agreed to extend policy trip durations free of charge for existing customers that have been impacted by the power failures in Spain and Portugal where policies have or will expire before you are able to return home.
The underwriter has offered this extended coverage free of charge for customers that purchased their insurance policy before this incident became a known risk, and on the understanding that customers accept the first alternative option offered to them and don't delay their return.
