Your policy wording and Insurance Product Information Document (IPID) will confirm the underwriter of your travel insurance policy. Please select the relevant insurer below to view the FAQ information that applies to your policy.
The following FAQ provides information about travel insurance policies underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance S.A. If your policy wording and IPID confirm that Inter Partner Assistance S.A. is your insurer, this FAQ information is relevant to your policy.
If you contact us within fourteen days of the policy purchase date and cover has not yet started, we can cancel the policy and offer a full refund subject to completing a cancellation request form via e-mail.
You would then have the option to discuss a new quotation with our call centre team to see if we are able to offer cover on one of our new 'select' products.
Alternatively, once the original policy has been cancelled by the call centre subject to the above criteria, you can go on line, select medical screening and follow the sales process.
Please be aware that we are unable to offer a policy should anyone you wish to insure be awaiting a diagnosis, surgery, treatment, tests or investigations (or their results) for any medical condition, or suffering symptoms that have not yet been discussed with a doctor.
If your current policy was purchased outside the 14 day cooling off period and cover has not commenced please contact us to see if a refund can still be provided.
We are open from 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday and from 9am until 2pm on a Saturday.
