Will our policy provide cover for us to purchase essential items of clothing if our baggage is delayed on our return journey?


Cover is provided for baggage delay on the outward journey on both the Gold and Platinum policy which allows you to purchase emergency replacement clothing, medication and toiletries if yours is temporarily lost in transit and not returned to you within 12 hours. This cover would not apply on the return journey as it would generally be accepted that alternative clothing, toiletries and medication would be available at home.
