What do I do if I do not receive my documentation within 24 hours of purchasing my insurance?

If you do not receive your policy documents please check your spam or junk folder.

If after 24 hours of purchasing your insurance you have not received your documents please contact us. Alternatively, if you visit and log into our members area you will be able to view and print your policy documents.

To ensure your documents arrive promptly we would be grateful if you could add to your 'safe sender' list and/or contacts.
