I purchased an Annual Multi Trip policy with a start date in the future. I have been diagnosed with a medical condition and can no longer travel can I cancel my policy and get a refund?


As the policy has not yet started there is no cover for the cancellation of your trip, however we will consider a refund of your premium if you write to us at Coverwise Sales and Service, 4th Floor, Southfield House, Liverpool Gardens, Worthing, BN11 1RY or contact us via email at info@coverwise.co.uk.
